2. Listings
- Listings must be accurate and relate only to legal, captive-bred invertebrates or supplies.
- No wild-caught species, banned animals, or misleading claims allowed.
- We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. Auctions
- Sellers set their own start prices, reserve prices, and auction rules.
- Bids are binding; non-paying winners may be banned.
- BugBazaar is not responsible for disputes between users but will act on formal complaints.
4. Payments & Delivery
- Payments are made directly between buyer and seller.
- Recommended: PayPal (Goods & Services) or card.
- At your own risk: Bank transfers.
- Best practice: Local collection or DEFRA-compliant courier for live animals.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the site for illegal purposes
- List stolen goods or unlicensed species
- Harass other users
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the site
6. Ratings & Bans
- Buyers can leave feedback and rate sellers.
- We may ban accounts for fraud, harassment, or breaching these terms.
- BugBazaar’s decision is final in the interest of community safety.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, user behaviour, or successful delivery. Use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions.
